Our candles are hand-poured using natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and crackling wooden wicks. Every candle is made in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.
2. How long do the candles burn?
Each 300 ml candle has an approximate burn time of up to 50 hours, depending on burning conditions and candle care.
3. Why does every candle include a Volume Card?
Every Story & Flame candle is inspired by a literary feeling or trope.
The Volume Card introduces the story behind the candle, highlights its fragrance notes, and invites you into the atmosphere that inspired it.
It's part of what makes every candle feel like opening a new chapter.

6. How should I care for my candle?
For the best experience:
- Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges during the first burn.
- Trim the wooden wick before every use.
- Never burn for more than four hours at a time.
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Initially, we ship within Lithuania. For a different request, please contact us directly.

9. What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damage.
