At Story & Flame, every candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently ship within Lithuania.

Available shipping partners include:

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €60 within Lithuania.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
