Our Promise
Every Story & Flame candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully packaged to arrive safely at your door.
We take great care in preparing every order, from pouring the candle to packing it with its Chapter Card and protective packaging.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
During new collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Lithuania.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and its packaging.
We'll work with you to find the best solution.
Returns & Refunds
Unused candles in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning your order.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
